RocketSearch (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values customers' satisfaction and operates a fair, transparent refund process. Refunds for the paid tickets (hereinafter referred to as "Tickets") provided by our service will be processed in accordance with the following terms.
1. Refund Conditions & Eligibility
- Refunds are only eligible for unused Tickets.
- A refund will be processed after deducting a 10% service fee (to cover transactional costs and administration processing) from the original payment amount.
- Tickets that have been partially used are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email with the required transaction details to our official customer support address.

3. Refund Processing Time
Upon receiving and verifying your refund request email, our support team will initiate the cancellation or refund process with the payment gateway or credit card issuer within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that the actual date when the credit is reflected on your account may vary depending on the credit card issuer's billing cycle and policies.
